Manufacturing

From Polymer Scrap to Industrial-Grade Raw Material

Our production process moves through defined, controlled stages — each one built to convert sorted polymer scrap into consistent, reusable raw material.

Industrial manufacturing line equipment used in polymer processing
  1. 01

    Scrap Sourcing

Suitable polymer scrap is procured and received for processing.

  2. 02

    Sorting

Incoming material is sorted by polymer type and quality before processing begins.

  3. 03

    Crushing

Sorted scrap is size-reduced into smaller, uniform pieces.

  4. 04

    Washing & Drying

Crushed material is washed to remove contamination and dried for further processing.

  5. 05

    Extrusion

Cleaned material is melted and homogenized through the extrusion process.

  6. 06

    Pelletizing

Extruded material is formed into consistent pellets.

  7. 07

    Pulverizing / Further Processing

Material is further processed into powder or other required forms.

  8. 08

    Quality Inspection

Output is checked against internal quality parameters before approval.

  9. 09
